Ingredients
  
  • ¼ cup Medjool dates chopped ( about 4 )
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 1½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp culinary lavender
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Handful of ice cubes
Instructions
 
  • Place ¼ cup pitted Medjool dates in a bowl and cover with ½ cup boiling water. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  • While the dates soak, place in a blender or food processor with ½ cup oat milk, 1½ cups frozen blueberries, 1 cup silken tofu, 1 each tbsp maple syrup, flaxseeds, and hemp seeds, and 1 tsp each culinary lavendar and vanilla extract.  Add a handful of ice cubes to the dates to cool down the dates and the water. Add the soaked dates, remaining ice cubes, and liquid to the blender. Process until smooth and creamy (1–3 minutes), scraping down sides as needed with a rubber spatula.
    ½ cup oat milk, 1½ cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup silken tofu, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp flaxseeds, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tsp culinary lavender, 1 tsp vanilla extract, Handful of ice cubes
  • Divide into 2 equal glasses and serve immediately.
