Candied Pecan

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pecans
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, mix 1 cup raw pecans with ¼ cup each sugar and water. Cook on medium-high heat until sugar starts to dissolve.1 cup raw pecans, ¼ cup sugar, ¼ cup water
- When the mixture starts to a boil, reduce to low, and cook for 7–10 minutes, stirring frequently. Cook until all liquid is absorbed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange nuts in a single layer, separated from each other. Let them dry. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
