1 tbsp grapeseed oil, 4 cups shredded leek chips, ½ tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp Spike all-purpose seasoning or Old Bay seasoning, freshly ground black pepper, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Place prepared leeks in the air fryer basket. Cook until leeks chips start to brown (about 10 minutes). Turn at the 5-minute mark.
  • Remove and serve immediately.
Breakout Trick
To prepare shredded leek, you can use a food processor slicer blade with a minimal space, which produces very thin shreds. Alternatively, you can slice the leeks very thinly.
If you do not have an air fryer, you can roast these in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes, turning at the halfway point.
