Ingredients
  
  • ¼ cup orange juice (from canned mandarin oranges)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1½ tbsp raw blue agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion or 2 tbsp chopped chives (about ½ medium green onion)
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp Spike all-purpose seasoning or Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Tabasco or hot sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
 
  • In a small jar or container with a lid, add ¼ cup each orange juice, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil, 1½ tbsp agave nectar, 1 tbsp chopped green onion, 2 tsp dry mustard, ½ tsp Spike seasoning, ¼ tsp Tabasco, and freshly ground black pepper.
    ¼ cup orange juice, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup olive oil, 1½ tbsp raw blue agave nectar, 1 tbsp chopped green onion, 2 tsp dry mustard, ½ tsp Spike all-purpose seasoning or Old Bay seasoning, ¼ tsp Tabasco or hot sauce, freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Seal and shake until ingredients are well combined, then set aside to intensify the flavours.
  • If you refrigerate the dressing, remove it a few hours before use to allow the oil to properly liquify. Shake before using.
Breakout Trick
Instead of canned mandarin orange juice, you can replace with fresh orange juice.
